Vidigueira Syrah DOC

One of the best-known grape varieties in the world, it reaches its full splendor in the Alentejo. You need to be lucky!

Deeply concentrated violet color. Aromas of forest fruits with notes of mint; on the palate, it offers great complexity with nuances of dark chocolate and vanilla, leading to a long, fresh, and highly persistent finish.

The complexity of this wine is surprising! Its forest fruit aromas and mint notes make it an excellent match for a good Serpa cheese. If you are not a cheese fan, buy a good piece of veal and try this pairing. It never fails!

Open the bottle 30 minutes beforehand and let it rest in a temperature-controlled place away from light. You will see that this results in greater aromatic complexity and allows the wine to stand out during the meal.

Serve at: 18–20°C
