Deep garnet color. Aromas of woodland fruits with spicy notes. On the palate, it is very elegant, with the fruit and oak in which it matured in perfect harmony, leading to a long, highly persistent finish.

This is a very elegant and harmonious red wine that pairs beautifully with a barbecue shared among friends. While the grill heats up, prepare a board of Alentejo cheeses and ease your palate into the woodland fruits present in this wine.

Open the bottle 30 minutes beforehand and let it rest in a temperature-controlled place away from light. You will find that this results in greater aromatic complexity and enhances the wine during the meal.

Serve at: 18-20ºC
