The Paio do Cachaço is the result of selecting the best cut from the neck of free-range black pork, a cut with fat and a reddish colour, with a slightly salty and lingering flavour, making it a true delicacy.
1. DESCRIPTION
Obtained from pork meat, subjected to a curing process in humidity and temperature-controlled chambers, followed by smoking at low temperatures.
2. INGREDIENTS / ALLERGENS
Pork meat (Origin: EU) (95%), salt, garlic, paprika paste, water, preservatives: (sodium nitrite and potassium nitrate), antioxidants: (ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate, sodium citrate). Stuffed in artificial casing. Smoked with holm oak wood.
