Pork (Origin: EU) (93%), water, garlic, red pepper paste, wine, salt, preservatives: (sodium nitrite and potassium nitrate), spices, antioxidants: (ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate, sodium citrate). Stuffed in natural casing. Smoked with holm oak wood.
