TASTING NOTE The “Princess” of SEL, Paia de lombo is a noble and exclusive SEL product. Made from selected Alentejo free-range Black Iberian pork loin, it has a mild and lingering aroma, a slightly salty flavour and a marbled reddish appearance with pink to orange fat.
1. INGREDIENTS / ALLERGENS Pork loin (Origin: EU) (90%), water, salt, garlic, pepper paste, preservatives: (sodium nitrite and potassium nitrate) and antioxidants: (ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate, sodium citrate). Smoked with holm oak firewood. Contains naturally occurring sugars.
