Alentejo Vinegar Sausage - White Pork - 250g
Chorizo is a sausage made with pork meat and blood, salt, and spices, to which two distinct types of seasoning are added. Red wine is added to chorizo de vinho, while vinegar is added to chorizo de vinagre.

The entire preparation is placed inside thin, natural casings, which are then tied at intervals of 30–40 centimeters. These sausages are separated and given a circular shape. They are then hung individually in the smoker, and when ready, they take on a horseshoe shape.
