SEL White Pork Cacholeira is made from pork livers and hearts, subjected to a curing process in humidity and temperature-controlled chambers, followed by smoking at low temperatures.

Pork fat (Origin: EU) (34%), Pork liver (31%), Pork meat (28%), salt, garlic, wine, blood (antioxidant: sodium citrate), spices, (preservative: sodium nitrite). Stuffed in natural casing. Smoked with holm oak wood. Contains naturally occurring sugars.
