Cured White Pork Bacon - 200 g

Cured bacon from selected white pork. Obtained from the thoracic-abdominal wall of the pig, seasoned, smoked with holm oak wood, and presented in pieces. It has a bright pink colour, characteristic aroma, smooth texture, and succulent flavour.

Pork (origin: EU) (88%), water, salt, sugar, emulsifier (sodium triphosphate), antioxidants (sodium citrate and sodium ascorbate), and preservatives (sodium diacetate and sodium nitrite).
