Extra Plum Jam

Extra Plum Jam

A jam that celebrates the best of the Alentejo summer. Made by hand, our Extra Plum Jam is made from plums picked at the perfect stage of ripeness and slowly cooked to preserve all their intense colour, fruity aroma, and deep flavour.

Its velvety texture and naturally balanced flavour, combining sweetness with a slight acidity, make this jam a true gem of traditional confectionery.
It is an invitation to the simplicity and authenticity of flavours from times gone by.

Perfect with toast, fresh cheeses, yoghurt, or homemade desserts.

A flavour that evokes memories and awakens the senses — the Alentejo in a jar.
