Vidigueira 65 Anos White 2024

Vidigueira 65 Anos Branco 2024 is a DOC Alentejo wine – Vidigueira Sub-Region, made from the Antão Vaz and Roupeiro grape varieties. It represents a limited edition of 2 020 bottles celebrating the legacy and expertise of Adega de Vidigueira.

Tasting Notes

• Color: Greenish-yellow.
• Aroma: Exuberant, with tropical fruit, tangerine peel, and pronounced minerality.
• Palate: Full-bodied, rich, fresh, and with a long finish.

Winemaking

Night harvest, destemming, and crushing, followed by skin maceration for 4 hours. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 17 °C for 10 days. Aged for 6 months in a concrete tank on fine lees with bâtonnage.

Serving & Pairings

• Serving Temperature: 9 °C – 10 °C
• Pairs with: shellfish, grilled fish, Mediterranean salads, and mild cheeses.
