TASTING NOTE: Very slender leg ham, characteristic of the Pure Alentejana Breed. The tender, pinkish fat has a smooth, unctuous consistency. The meat ranges from intense red to pale pink, with intramuscular fat marbling that melts in the mouth. 
Curing: 40 months.

1. DESCRIPTION
Salted pork leg produced through a technological process that includes a minimum curing period of 36 months. The legs come from animals of 100% Alentejana Breed.

2. INGREDIENTS / ALLERGENS
Free-range black pork leg (Origin: 100% Portuguese) (97%), salt and preservatives (Potassium Nitrate and Sodium Nitrite). Contains naturally occurring sugars.
