Product made from a mixture of Country Black Pork meat and belly pork, cut and minced, with
the addition of salt and spices, mixed and filled into a natural casing, and subjected to a maturation process.

Country Black Pork meat (Origin: EU) (93.5%), salt, lactose, sugar, dextrose, natural flavoring, pepper, antioxidants: (sodium ascorbate). Preservatives: (sodium nitrite). Color: (carminic acid). On the surface: Penicillium spores. Thickener: (sodium carboxymethylcellulose), supported with dextrose. Filled into a natural casing.
