Figueirinha Sparkling Wine 2022

Golden in colour, with good aromatic complexity and notes of citrus, hazelnut and apricot. Vibrant on the palate, with fine bubbles, a long finish and a creamy texture.

Fully destemmed and gently pressed, followed by fermentation in stainless steel and 12.5% in used barrels. Second fermentation in the bottle, with 12 months of ageing, followed by
disgorgement.

Should be served at 5ºC, with fish dishes and, above all,
in good company.
