Vino Tã Sómente Chardonnay Reserva 2022

It has a golden-yellow colour, with a complex, fruity aroma of dried fruit and vanilla. It is full-bodied and fresh on the palate, with a lingering finish.

Complete destemming, pressing and fermentation at 13 °C.
In the final stages of fermentation, it is transferred to French oak, where it remains for approximately 6 months.
Batonnage twice a week at the beginning, gradually reducing over the course of ageing.

It should be served at 11°C to 12°C with fish and seafood dishes.
