Product Description:

Grape varieties: Alicante Bouschet, Trincadeira, Castelão, Touriga Nacional and Syrah

Soil type: Granite

Analytical data: Alcohol (%) - 13.5 Total acidity (g/l) - 4.9 pH - 3.79 Total sugars (g/l) - 2.7

Winemaking: Produced from Alicante Bouschet, Trincadeira, Castelão, Touriga Nacional and Syrah grapes. After the grapes are automatically sorted, cold maceration is carried out for 4 days, followed by fermentation, with each variety kept separate, in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature. All winemaking processes are carried out by gravity to best preserve the quality of the grapes.

Serving temperature: 16ºC to 18ºC
