Vidigueira Red Wine DOC
Closely intertwined, these grape varieties invite you to discover Vidigueira. Garnet colour, complex and intense aromas of red fruit, vanilla and dried fruit. Full-bodied on the palate, with nuances of coffee and spices. Long, persistent finish.
The grape varieties that give this wine its distinctive character are Trincadeira, Aragonez and Alicante Bouschet.
Vinification - Fermentation in stainless steel vats with gentle pump-overs and
controlled temperature of 26º/27º.
The personality of this Alentejo red gives it enormous breadthêgastronomic significaómica. It is an excellent accompaniment for a Sunday barbecue, or even a good ttogoat cheese and black Iberian pork cured meats platter. Try it!
