Lemon Ring Cookies

Lemon Rings

Delicate, aromatic and irresistibly crunchy, our Lemon Rings pay tribute to traditional Alentejo baking, where time and flavour go hand in hand. Handmade with simple, authentic ingredients, these rings win you over with their lightness and the citrus touch that awakens the senses.

Each bite reveals the perfect balance between gentle sweetness and the freshness of lemon, making them ideal with a coffee in the late afternoon, a fragrant tea or even a homemade liqueur.
Their unmistakable aroma transports us to Alentejo kitchens, where the oven warms the soul and flavour is synonymous with home.
