Cured Pork Neck (COPPA) from SEL White Pork, obtained from pork, subjected to a curing process in chambers with controlled humidity and temperature, followed by smoking at low temperatures.

1. INGREDIENTS / ALLERGENS
Pork (Origin: EU) (93%), water, garlic, pepper paste, wine, salt, preservatives: (sodium nitrite and potassium nitrate), spices, antioxidants: (ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate, sodium citrate). Stuffed in a natural casing. Smoked with holm oak wood.
