SEL Field Black Pork Loin Paia is produced from field-raised black pork loin together with secreto, which, after seasoning, is matured in a controlled cold and humidity environment. It has an intense flavour and a pleasant, mild and slightly smoky smell.
1. DESCRIPTION
Obtained from the whole pork belly cut, subjected to a curing process in chambers with controlled humidity and temperature, followed by smoking at low temperatures.
2. INGREDIENTS / ALLERGENS
Pork (Origin: EU) (90%), water, salt, red pepper paste, garlic, preservatives: (sodium nitrite and potassium nitrate) and antioxidants: (ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate, sodium citrate). Stuffed in natural casing. Smoked with holm oak wood.
