Product Description:

Foral de Évora Tinto 2020 is a DOC Alentejo–Évora wine from the Eugénio de Almeida Foundation.

Note on the technical sheet and vintage: This description is based on the latest technical sheet provided by the Eugénio de Almeida Foundation, relating to the 2019 vintage. The technical data presented refer to that sheet and may differ from those of the advertised vintage. The vintage available for sale is the one indicated in the title and in the «Vintage» field (2020), subject to the stock campaign. If in doubt, please contact us before purchasing to confirm it.

Vinified in a stainless steel vat with extended maceration, it was aged for approximately 12 months in new French and American oak barrels and 15 months in bottle. It was not stabilised, so it may contain a slight deposit.

Analytical data: alcohol 14.5%; total acidity 5.5 g/l; pH 3.74; total sugars 1.7 g/l. Serve between 16 °C and 18 °C.

750 ml bottle. Winemaking: Pedro Baptista and Duarte Lopes.
