Lemon Biscuits

Lemon Biscuits

Light, fragrant and full of flavour, our Lemon Biscuits are a celebration of traditional Alentejo baking. Made with simple, genuine ingredients, they are the perfect example of how tradition transforms simplicity into pure delight.

Their delicately citrusy flavour and lemon aroma evoke memories of sunny afternoons and kitchens warmed by the oven. Crisp on the outside and soft on the inside, they are ideal with an aromatic tea, a freshly brewed coffee or even a glass of homemade liqueur.
