About the olive oil: EA Olive Oil is the result of a careful selection of olives from various cultivars, namely Arbequina, Picual, Lecciana and Galega, which give it a complexity of aromas, freshness and fruitiness, in harmony with a slight bitterness and pungency. This makes the olive oil suitable for use both cold, in sauces, mayonnaise and salads, and hot, in fish or meat dishes, as well as in sweets and other desserts. EA Olive Oil is extracted using modern but simple processes, with rigorous quality management. Due to its composition, it is not considered a defect if it becomes cloudy or solidifies below room temperature. Store in a dry place, away from heat sources and protected from light.
