Product Description:

EA Tinto 2022 is a Vinho Regional Alentejano from Fundação Eugénio de Almeida.

Produced from the Alicante Bouschet, Aragonez, Trincadeira, and Syrah grape varieties, grown in granite soils. The grapes are destemmed and lightly crushed; fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 24 °C and 27 °C.

Analytical data: alcohol 14.0%; total acidity 5.2 g/l; pH 3.76; total sugars 1.9 g/l. Serve between 16 °C and 18 °C.
