Rosemary Honey with Propolis - Serra de Portel - 270g

The characteristics of our honey are determined by the diverse flora found in the hills, which is typically Mediterranean and gives it a unique quality. Our beehives are located in a vast, non-agricultural area free from the use of pesticides and agricultural chemicals, as well as industrial or urban pollution.

In terms of forestry, Serra de Portel is dominated by the montado landscape, where holm oak and cork oak prevail. It is within this ecosystem that a spontaneous and diverse flora develops, typically wild and Mediterranean in character, with rosemary and rockrose predominating, among others. This flora is rich in nectar and pollen, responsible for the characteristics of our products.
