Product Description:

Cartuxa Tinto Vinho de Talha Biológico 2023 is a DOC Alentejo-Évora wine from the Eugénio de Almeida Foundation.

The technical data presented refer to that sheet and may differ from those of the advertised vintage. After manual harvesting and selection, the grapes ferment in old clay amphorae. The wine remains on maceration after fermentation and continues aging in the amphorae after being racked.

Analytical data: alcohol 13.5%; total acidity 5.0 g/l; pH 3.81; total sugars 0.4 g/l. Serve between 16 °C and 18 °C.
