Product Description:

EA Biológico Branco 2021 is a Vinho Regional Alentejano from the Eugénio de Almeida Foundation.

The technical data presented refers to that sheet and may differ from the announced vintage. The vintage available for sale is the one indicated in the title and in the “Vintage” field (2021), subject to stock availability. If in doubt, please contact us before purchasing to confirm.

The grapes are harvested by hand and chilled to 12 °C. After pressing whole bunches, the must ferments in stainless steel, without malolactic fermentation. It ages for 12 months on fine lees in a stainless steel tank.

Analytical data: alcohol 12.0%; total acidity 6.1 g/l; pH 3.29; total sugars 0.5 g/l. Serve between 10 °C and 12 °C.
