Product Description:

Foral de Évora Tinto 2020 is a DOC Alentejo-Évora wine from the Eugénio de Almeida Foundation.

Note on the technical data sheet and vintage: This description is based on the latest technical data sheet provided by the Eugénio de Almeida Foundation, relating to the 2019 vintage. The technical data presented refers to that data sheet and may differ from that of the advertised vintage. The vintage available for sale is the one indicated in the title and in the “Vintage” field (2020), subject to the stock campaign. If in doubt, contact us before purchasing to confirm it.

Vinified in a stainless steel vat with prolonged maceration, it aged for approximately 12 months in new French and American oak barrels and 15 months in bottle. It was not stabilized, so it may contain a slight deposit.

Analytical data: alcohol 14.5%; total acidity 5.5 g/l; pH 3.74; total sugars 1.7 g/l. Serve between 16 °C and 18 °C.

750 ml bottle. Winemaking: Pedro Baptista and Duarte Lopes.
