Product Description:

Vidigueira Escolha dos Sócios Red DOC

Vidigueira Escolha dos Sócios Red was produced from a selection of traditional grape varieties: Alicante Bouschet, Trincadeira, and Touriga Nacional.

Garnet-colored wine with a nose offering notes of stewed black fruit, truffles, subtle spice, and a touch of vegetal character. Well integrated with vanilla notes from barrel aging. Robust on the palate, with pronounced tannins that provide a long, persistent finish.

Winemaking - Mixed fermentation, in a traditional stone trough with mechanical treading and in small-capacity vats at a controlled temperature of 26º.

This wine is a tribute to all the members of the winery for their work in preserving the region’s millennia-old heritage of vines and wine.
