Winemaking: Produced from Syrah, Touriga Nacional and Castelão grapes planted in the vineyards of the Eugénio de Almeida Foundation. When the grapes reach the ideal stage of ripeness, they are harvested and transported to the winery, where the winemaking process begins with total destemming and light crushing, cooling, brief pre-fermentation maceration and must clarification. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16ºC. After fermentation, filtration, blending, tartaric and protein stabilization, final filtration and bottling are carried out.

Serving temperature: 8ºC to 10ºC
