Winemaking: Produced from Syrah, Trincadeira and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, planted in the vineyards of Fundação Eugénio de Almeida and cultivated using organic production methods. When the grapes reach the ideal level of ripeness, they are harvested and transported to the winery, where the winemaking process begins with complete destemming and light crushing. Fermentation, using indigenous yeasts, takes place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 24-27ºC. After fermentation, the wine was aged for 8 months in French oak barrels. It underwent light filtration before bottling.
