Vidigueira Syrah DOC

One of the most well-known grape varieties in the world, and it's in the Alentejo region that it reaches its full splendor. You need to be lucky!

Deep violet color. Aroma of forest fruits with mint notes; on the palate, it presents great complexity with nuances of dark chocolate and vanilla, a long, fresh, and very persistent finish.

The complexity of this wine is surprising! Its aromas of forest fruits and notes of mint make it a perfect pairing for a good Serpa cheese. If you're not a cheese fan, buy a nice piece of veal and try this combination. It never fails!

Open the bottle 30 minutes beforehand and let it rest in a temperature-controlled place away from light. You'll see that it results in greater complexity of aromas and stands out during the meal.

Serve at: 18-20°C
