Traditional Paio - Iberian Pork - Half - 153005
The "Lord" of SEL, it is a noble and one of SEL's oldest products. Made from selected and finely minced meats, with a strong and persistent aroma, it highlights the traditional Alentejo seasonings, which are added to the meat after mincing.
1. DESCRIPTION
Obtained from pork, subjected to a curing process in humidity and temperature-controlled chambers, followed by low-temperature smoking.
2. INGREDIENTS / ALLERGENS
Pork (Origin: EU) (92%), water, pepper paste, salt, garlic, preservatives: (sodium nitrite and potassium nitrate) and antioxidants: (ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate, sodium citrate). Stuffed in natural casing. Smoked with holm oak wood.
