Product Description:

Cantando 2020

Syrah and Alicante produced in the robust soils of Beja create a contrast in a concentrated profile where notes of black pepper and plum blend with the toastiness of oak barrels. Long and very smooth on the palate.

Vinification using the traditional skin-contact process in stainless-steel lagares with automatic punch-downs, at fermentation temperatures of approximately 26ºC.
Aged for 6 months in French oak barrels, followed by further ageing in the bottle.

Serve at 16ºC to 18ºC, alongside meat dishes and cheeses
