Product Description:
It has an intense garnet color, floral aromas and black fruit aromas well integrated with some spicy notes, soft tannins, and good acidity, which give it great longevity.
Vinified using the traditional skin-contact process in stainless-steel lagares with automatic plungers, at fermentation temperatures of around 26°C.
Aged for 12 months in new French oak barrels and 12 months in the bottle.
Pairs well with meat dishes, such as Iberian pork secreto with migas and lamb stew.
