The Memórias à Mesa Christmas Hamper was created to bring the family together around the genuine flavours of Alentejo and turn every shared moment into a memory.

Inside, the cured sheep's and goat's cheeses invite you to create a generous cheeseboard, accompanied by garlic and coriander toasts, Cobrançosa olives and the sweet touch of rosemary honey and extra apple and walnut preserve. The black pork cured meats - from paia de toucinho to paio and the painho and Varanegra ham board - bring the intensity and character of Alentejo tradition to the table.
