Eugénio de Almeida Foundation (FEA): new supplier of Herdade do Estacal
Herdade do Estacal presents the Eugénio de Almeida Foundation (FEA) as its new wine and olive oil supplier. When selecting each product, we seek the highest quality: we choose products with provenance, identity and excellence, so that you can find the best at our store, selected with you in mind.
Based in Évora, the Eugénio de Almeida Foundation is a private-law public-benefit institution, established in 1963 by Vasco Maria Eugénio de Almeida. Its mission covers the cultural, educational, social and spiritual fields, with the aim of contributing to the full and sustainable development of the Évora region.
The Eugénio de Almeida family's connection to Alentejo production is also part of the history of Adega Cartuxa. The revitalisation of winemaking and the investment in olive grove planting, promoted by Vasco Maria, gave rise to a tradition of wines and olive oils that continues to express the identity of Évora and Alentejo.
A range of wines and olive oils with identity
Adega Cartuxa's portfolio features products such as Cartuxa, EA, Pêra-Manca, Scala Coeli, Foral de Évora and Monte de Pinheiros. The wine range includes whites, reds and rosés, reserves and sparkling wines, as well as styles such as amphora wine, late harvest and fortified wine. The olive oil portfolio includes EA and Cartuxa extra virgin olive oils, as well as Álamos virgin olive oil.
Products from the Eugénio de Almeida Foundation are now available at Herdade do Estacal. We invite you to discover our selection of wines and olive oils in our store. Each product is chosen with the same commitment: to offer you quality and an experience designed with you in mind.
